click/space slide 1: before anything else, Kai gets his breakfast! He is currently on the Sprout senior horse grain, and he gets one scoop per meal! slide 2: after breakfast, it's Kai's favorite part: grooming! Chey used some bigger brushes today as she was just doing a onceover. He stood tied very nicely! slide 3: next, Chey lunged him. I supervised this since this is their first time working together and Chey is not the best at groundwork yet. However, they did very well! He is super well behaved, though she had to hold him back a few times. slide 4: before she put him out to pasture, Chey made sure to give Kai one of our new treats from Ghost's pick 'n mix! This one was shaped like a bumble bee - super cute!
