F Tier: bandaids, trash D Tier: popper launcher (I don’t see the appeal, projectile is so slow) stamina splash (only good in between waves, pretty nich usability) stamina drink (60 heal cap, nobody needs stamina items) corals bow (worst mythic) C Tier: grappler (trash but epic rarity so I can’t disrespect it) blightberry (stack size of 4, blindness isn’t really even an issue if used right) B Tier: medkit (100 heals, really good) heal splash (a lot i would take over it, but reliable heals) slurp juice (i always pick these up post wave 50, great for use right before waves) A Tier: stamina canister (one of the best heals in the entire game, w) scepter (carry until wave 50, better heals available by then) cali bandaids (saturation is never a carry on but good in between waves) S Tier (must carry items): slap juice (1.5x damage is almost the same as the damage aug, op) chug jug (gone now, but 200 shield/health is crazy ?) heal barrel (place around the map and get health when necessary) ocean shield spray (controversial but I think the Bandaid pack is better) latte bandaid pack (you can heal endlessly: you literally never run out of bandiads, but I can see the appeal for shield spray, shield runs out first)
