Logic: Arca 2. Capacity: 1000 Kg or 13 Persons. Doors: Orona/Fermator. Fixtures: Arca 2. Voice: Older Orona (male). Speed: 1 m/s. Floors: 9 (0 to 8). Position of the motor: At the top of the lift shaft. Motor: Orona wormdrive MRL motor. VFD: Control Techniques (Nidec) Unidrive SP. Location: Serenity Plaza mixed-use complex Building 3, 114 Bunny Street, El Garcia, ST. This is a tall 2007 Orona lift installed by M & R which is located at Building 3 of the Serenity Plaza complex in El Garcia, ST. The Serenity Plaza is a nice mixed-use building complex which features healthcare services, offices and residential flats. This complex features 8 buildings: Building 1 (2004), Building 2 (2005), Building 3 (2007), Building 4 (2008), Building 5 (2009), Building 6 (2010), Building 7 (2012) and Building 8 (2013). That's a lot of buildings, right? So, it was supposed to be LIFT TOUR TIME! But it turns out, only one lift is still original and it's this nice Orona MRL traction! This lift has the epic sweet-sounding wormdrive motor, the VF drive fan is loud but does sounds good, it's got pre-doors, fast levelling and it speaks in Spanish and English. This lift is 9 floors tall but it only goes 1 m/s which is a bit slow for the height but it's still a very nice lift! Unfortunately and just like all the other lifts, this one will be replaced with a super cheap and nasty Pickerings MRL traction lift with Lester Controls logic and fixtures, Wittur Hydraplus doors, Magnetek VF and an horrid Xinda motor! This building used to have 3 Orona's like this one but 1 of them has already been fully replaced by Pickerings and the 2nd one is still under replacement! This one is the last original lift of the entire complex! Here is the list of the lifts that have been replaced with these horrid Pickerings MRL's with Lester: - Building 1: Set of 2 rare 1 m/s 2004 Otis 2000VF MRL traction lifts. Floors: 6 (0 to 5). Replacement dates: October and November 2021. - Building 2: 1x 2005 1 m/s ThyssenKrupp Link Mk1 Keypad MR roped hydraulic lift. Floors: 5 (-1, 0, 1, 2 and 3). Replacement date: July 2022. - Building 3: 3x 1 m/s 2007 Moore & Rodriguez (Orona) MRL traction lifts. These lifts are not in a set. Floors: 9 (0 to 8). Replacement dates: October 2024, June 2025 and the last original one will be replaced in July 2025. - Building 4: Set of 2 2008 1 m/s Schindler 3300 MRL traction lifts. Floors: 5 (0 to 4). Replacement dates: February and March 2023. - Building 5: Set of 2 2009 1.6 m/s ThyssenKrupp Link Mk2 Keypad MRL traction lifts. Floors: 9(0 to 8). Replacement dates: November and December 2023. - Building 6: Set of 3 2010 2.5 m/s Kone MonoSpace MX20 MRL traction lifts. Floors: 12 (-2 to 9). Replacement dates: January and February 2024. - Building 7: 1x 2012 1 m/s Stannah generic roped hydraulic with Arkel logic, Fermator doors, Bucher Hydraulics submersible unit and Schaefer buttons. Floors: 6 (-2 to 3). Replacement date: September 2024. - Building 8: 1x 2013 1 m/s Oakland Excelsior roped hydraulic with Kleemann pump and Klefer (Fermator) doors. Floors: 6 (-2 to 3). Replacement date: August 2024. Pickerings is also responsible for ruining several TK ISIS Mk1 and Mk2 lifts, multiple Orona lifts, a bunch of decent/nice generics, many Schindler 5400/5500's, an absolute ton of tall new Kone MonoSpace lifts with NMX11, NMX14 and MX20+ which are located at some really modern 2016-2020 towers and many more good lifts. They always used Lester Controls to modernize all the lifts mentioned above! They've been doing these stupid Lester mods and replacements since 2021. Sometimes, they even install IMEM Ascensores lifts but only in brand new buildings (They don't use IMEM to replace or modernize lifts. Instead, they use Lester Controls)! Luckily, all buildings in the complex have Dell Latitude 5310 and OptiPlex 7080 MT PC's. Also, the fire alarm systems are FireSweeper addressable ones. They all have voice evacuation, play a low frequency temporal 3 tone and all of these FA systems are original to the buildings. The notification appliances are all Wheelock speaker strobes and remote strobes.
