Maintenance company: Still Kone. Position of the motor: At the top of the lift shaft. Motor: Orona wormdrive MRL motor. VFD: Control Techniques (Nidec) Unidrive SP. Location: 195 Allington Avenue, El Garcia, ST. This project is an update to the Benjamin Franklin 3 in 1 school in El Garcia, ST as well as a lift project which features an Orona lift and the horrible Karen who shot @PCFan230VElGarcia! She attempts to kill me as well but I stop the bullets with my Dell Latitude 5310 laptop. Then, her gun runs out of ammo and (Watch to find out what happens next). Anyway, the lift here is an Orona wormdrive which for some very odd reason was installed by Kone! This lift is not as good as a 1.6 m/s 3rd Gen Ecodisc but it's still a pretty decent lift for 7 levels! The cab color is really interesting. It also runs efficiently and has pre-doors which is very nice! So, yeah, it's a good lift overall! This building is also a fairly nice block of flats which opened in July 2007. This building also features a pretty nice Edwards EST voice evacuation system from 2007. The HVAC system is still original from 2007 as well and it's a Daikin system. So, yeah, this apartment building is a very nice place overall... Apart from 1 evil resident who is part of the infamous villain network known as "The Enemies >:("! And 1 last thing, this lift is still maintained by Kone, so it won't get modernized anytime soon!
