Title: Epic pump! Awesome RARE 2013 custom Otis Series 1 HydroWare hydraulic lift... Credits to: @PCFan230VElGarcia @Lamar2275 @Oronaliftfan_2009 @Euroliftfan2024 @martin450 @Liftfan2021 (Now known as @WashingtonMetroFan) @TheBigMstone2018 @halfai93294 @darrencycheung @julotleblork_NEWV2 All other people who supplied me the assets for this project. Brand: Otis. Model: Custom Series 1 with HydroWare. Year: 2013. Type: Dual ram roped hydraulic with the motor room at floor 4. Floors 6: (LG, *G, 1, 2, 3 and 4). Doors: Fermator. Logic: HydroWare HydroElite. Speed: 1.3 m/s. Capacity: 1600 Kg/21 Persons. Lift car color: Red (The color changes because of the RGB LED lighting). Fixtures: Otis Series 1 COP + red Euro Gen2/2000 call stations. Maintenance company: Orona. Motor: HydroWare HydroElite submersible pump unit. Starter type: Solid state with soft-starter. Location: 213 Allington Avenue, El Garcia, ST. This is the lift at a nice and modern office building from 2013 in El Garcia, ST. It's an EPIC 2013 custom Otis Series 1 with EPIC SOUNDING HydroWare hydraulics, fast charge, full intelligent levelling, pre-doors, modern Drucegrove voice, a really fast speed for a hydraulic lift (1.3 m/s), very fast doors, European red Otis Gen2 call stations, a pretty large 1600 Kg or 21 persons capacity and a really good quality structure (2 hydraulic pistons and a nice heavy-duty chassis). The only thing which is a bit cheap seems to be the Fermator lift door operator (Almost all custom Otis Series 1 lifts in EG use generic doors from Meiller, AMD and Fermator). It does work well though... So, it's a really good lift overall! One very weird thing about it though is the fact that the MR is located at the top floor. This probably explains the loud hydraulic motor noise. Also, the lift car used to have fluorescent lights, but the tubes died in 2019. So, the owner decided to upgrade the ligthting with some nice color-changing RGB LED's which makes this Series 1 look even more modern. This particular model is one of the last custom Series 1 ever made since it was installed in 2013, when they got discontinued. It's a really rare lift as well because most of EG's custom Series 1's got modded or replaced with bullpoop generics (Due to the appalling mass-modding which started in 2021)! Most of these usually came with either GMV, Bucher Hydraulics (Formerly known as Beringer), ALGI, Moris, Omar, Leistritz, Kleemann, Otis HEIC or HydroWare hydraulics. They either used Otis MCS 120 Hydraulic, various PLC (Siemens or Mitsubishi units), PDAHL S3 or Hydroware hydraulic lift controllers. Also, the floor passing beep is slightly higher-pitched than the inside button's beep! Orona maintains the lift which means it won't get ruined into generic trash anytime soon! Also, this building has an awesome 2013 Simplex 4100 ES system with white TrueAlert ES speaker strobes + remote strobes + PAVA speakers. There are no horn strobes. Also, the IT equipment is a wide range of different stuff. The desktops are some Acer Veriton X2660G's, Fujitsu Esprimo P558's, Lenovo ThinkCentre M920T's, Dell OptiPlex 7090's and HP Elite Tower G9's. The laptops are all Dell Latitude 7490, 7390, 7400, 7300, 5410 and 5310 units. All of these PC's have i5 or i7 CPU's and the oldest units have 8th Gen Intel, meaning they are all Windows 11 compatible. All of the PC's currently run Windows 10 but they will most likely be updated to 11 when 10 loses support... Also, the monitors are various units from AOC, Asus, Acer, HP, Lenovo and Dell. The HVAC is still the original 2013 Mitsubishi system BTW. But the hand dryers, well, over half of them are still the 2013 Dyson Airblade's but some of them have been replaced with Excel Xlerator, AirDri Quartz and PHS Airstream (Pure, Vitesse & Whisper units) dryers. The Xlerators are super loud (Louder than the 12-year old Dyson's) but decent, the AirDri's are average, but rare and the PHS Airstreams sucks with the Pure's being the least bad ones (Trash rating), the Vitesse are in between Pure and Whisper (Very trash rating) and the Whisper ones are the worst and are louder than the 2013 Dyson Airblades and Xlerators (Ultra yuck rating). And so far, the best hand dryers in this building are of course, the 2013 Airblade's, followed by the Xlerators and Airdri's which are both in 2nd place and the worst ones (3rd, 4th and 5th places) are the PHS Airstream Pure, Vitesse and Whisper units which are all complete utter RUBBISH which are already wearing out despite the fact that they were only installed in February of 2024! The Quartz units are from 2020 & the Xlerators are from 2019 and they're still fine. The remaining 2013 Dyson dryers are still working very well too.
