This has a 25% to happen, but every level increases it 25%, capping at level 4. (L1: 25%, L2: 50%, L3: 75%, L4: 100%) This COULD be used for your advantage. So it may be a buff / debuff. Dazed: Opposite of Alerted, when a player has this effect, if they dodge then there's a 25% chance that the dodge will otherwise fail. Glowing: The player with the effect will glow, making enemies more likely to go after said player instead of any other allies.
