welcome to my application <33 -- I (one) . My user is @.thunderroleplays- (and you can also contact me on my main account, @.Thunderfall300 where at times I can be more active) and my nicknames, in order of preference, are Aster, Robin, and Nightshade (i'd prefer if only close friends used Nightshade, you can ask if you are unsure though!). -- II (two) . My pronouns are she/her/they/them/it/moon/star, though they/them/it/moon are my most preferred from that list. -- III (three) . I am an avid, mostly experienced roleplayer who has a passion for Warrior Cat roleplays. I also like roleplaying in Dungeons & Dragons. I have generalized anxiety in real life and possible ADHD, but I have not been diagnosed with ADHD so I won't just say I have it. I am a furry, therian, plantkin, LGBTQIA+, and a scene person at times. I love reading and drawing, I am also a non-published writer who writes non-published novels! I am hoping to get enough money to publish one soon. Also, I'm not in the Warrior Cats fandom anymore but I still really enjoy WCRPS! It's hard for me to understand what you mean sometimes so if you used tone tags or emoticons (ex. :3, :>, :D, :c, etc.) that would be very helpful! Anyway, that's pretty much everything important or semi-important about me :P (also i know you said brief about me, but it's hard to summarize myself :']) -- IV (four) . I'd say 9/10? I'm usually VERY active but my activity has lowered slightly less because school has gotten more stressful :'3 but anyway i still try and get on as often as I can, as I really like Scratch and roleplaying on here :D as for days, I am usually most active on weekends unless I'm busy (which usually i'm not) because I'm able to be active for almost the whole day. On weekdays I'm able to go on from 5 AM (EST time) to 7 AM in mornings, then 4-7 PM because school exists :P -- V (five) . Well, I don't have any experience being a staff member in any roleplays except my own roleplays XD but those roleplays include The Eclipsed Clans, Flight and Fire (discontinued), An IceWing's Palace (a WOFRP, discontinued), The Cursed Clan (discontinued), Gleaming Fire (discontinued). Most of these roleplays have been discontinued, that was likely because I didn't have much experience back when those were made and didn't know what I was doing, but I hope to be better now! -- VI (six) . Well, I think the concept of this roleplay is very cool! It's not very often that I see a roleplay that is very very very cool and isn't very popular, and I hope this roleplay gets a chance to be more active and popular :3 I believe that if I am accepted in this position as a staff member for this roleplay, then I'll try to (hopefully) help this rp get the chance it deserves at that. I will also try and help with whatever anyone needs and support the roleplay as much as possible, I'm an extreme people pleaser :> (also seeing that all my rps except TEC have been discontinued, i should prob start helping with moderation in roleplays soon :3) -- VII (seven) . Well, I mostly explained my experience on question V (five), but as for what I learned... I actually learned a lot, considering at the beginning I didn't know what i was doing lol- I learned how to roleplay better, for one (i was terrible at roleplaying). I learned to be more active or else the roleplays might die in a day. (say that 10 times fast! /silly) I also learned other stuff but I don't know how to put it into words :'3 -- VIII (eight) . I believe that moderators' responsibility is mostly just to keep the peace, if that makes sense (if not, I'm going into more detail anyway)? Like, they make sure everyone is following the rules, they keep everything proper and structured, they help roleplayers if they have a question or need something, and overall are just friendly and helpful and try to make sure the community stays safe and positive and everyone has fun roleplaying. The moderators also let a roleplayer know if they are breaking any rule, making people uncomfortable, etc. That's also them keeping the peace in the rp, as making sure the roleplayer knows what they did wrong keeps them from continuing to do that in the future and from causing any drama with the roleplayer and others. Both of those things show them keeping the peace! And I guess doing a lot of the examples I mentioned are ways that a moderator can contribute to a peaceful and positive community. -- IX (nine) . I mostly explained this in IV (four) because I didn't know this question would be asked :3 -- X (ten) . I would contact both roleplayers involved and let the person who made the other uncomfortable know what the issue is, and if they are polite and kind about it then I would likely try and give them a second chance if possible, as long as they agree not to continue doing whatever they did to make anyone uncomfortable. If they continued, they would likely receive a suspension or even ban. -- thanks for reading my application! <3 good luck to all applicants!
