Lila's heart was pounding in her ears as she rose from her seat and started towards the room. The built up anticipation of having to wait, making her feel slightly ill as she walked. And as she finally walked through the doors to the room, she was met with a piercing gust of cold air and darkness. The low visibility of the room made it hard for her to really determine what was around her for certain. Though as she gazed up, she could see the Gamemakers faintly when the lights strobed on. She needed to do something. But what? Her skills weren't particularly flashy or interesting. So what was she to show them? A shiver ran through her body as Lila was reminded how cold it was. It never got this cold back in District 11. It was then that an idea came into her mind. She could make a fire. And since the there were things like herbs, plants and wood here, she could demonstrate her knowledge of plants simultaneously as different types of wood causes different colored smoke. Sniffing the air, Lila took in the different scents of the room. It took a few seconds, but through it all she was able to detect the smell of the wood. And without wasting another moment ran over to the wood. Grabbing a couple of types of wood, Lila ran them back to the area in front of the Gamemakers. Placing each type of wood in small piles, Lila then arranged them in a circle around her. At least if this wasn't much of a show of skill, it might be slightly pretty with the different colored smoke. Double checking that she got everything she needed, Lila got into position. She then looked straight up at where the Gamemakers were. A wave of anxiety washed over her as she starred into the eyes of the Gamemaker's above through the strobing lights. Here we go. "I-I can imagine it must be really cold for you all as well. And the lighting in here isn't very good. So for my presentation, I will be making a fire." Grabbing a stick from the pile of wood that she complied, Lila started to twist the stick over the first pile of wood, moving her paw up and down the stick. And after a few moments the fire took. And she started to the next pile, and started to speak again. "Different types of wood when burned, can cause different colored smoke. As you can see here, we have light grey, reddish brown and this darker almost black smoke. Which is caused by the Alder, Hickory and Pine wood that I've gathered before you." Lila then stopped speaking as she lit the final pile of wood. Now around her was a circle of fire, with lightly colored smoke blooming around her. "Thank you for your time. I hope you liked the show."
