While it is up, the boss is allowed to use special attacks. If you deal, for example, 12 damage, but there was only 10 shield left, the remaining 2 damage will be discarded and not do anything. Completely irrelevant to lore 1.0.1: fixed a stupid error i made related to the command that makes the hat reappear only if the shield was up, where i accidentally made it so it only reappeared if the shield was DOWN
