They did in the past, but the idea was scrapped. They DO have an AI assistant planned that can take assets from other projects as suggestions and examples. Whatever the case, I disagree with the collection of data from projects on Scratch, and I disagree with the idea of retroactively putting all Scratch projects up for training.
