yeah this really sucks :( I might leave scratch bc of this Source: https://mitscratch.freshdesk.com/en/support/solutions/articles/4000219182-scratch-terms-of-service Also, please check out this project by @CupieMaster. It has resources and also further clarifications on Scratch's history with AI so that you know what to expect: https://scratch.mit.edu/projects/1269751874/ Also check out these forum threads and try to make your voice heard if you wanna or smth like that: Opt-outs: https://scratch.mit.edu/discuss/topic/862377/ Retroactive Use: https://scratch.mit.edu/discuss/topic/862439/ It's worth noting that ST does not plan to add AI image generation. They did in the past, but the idea was scrapped. They DO have an AI assistant planned that can take assets from other projects as suggestions and examples. Whatever the case, I disagree with the collection of data from projects on Scratch, and I disagree with the idea of retroactively putting all Scratch projects up for training. Also, please don't send hate to the ST for this! Apparently most of the ST didn't even know about the update until now. I have doubts that this change is within their control. UPDATE 1: Supposedly, according to the ToS, projects deleted (unshared, moved to trash, cleared from trash) within the next 30 days will not be trained on. Idk how true this is, but do not be surprised if my TAG X animations disappear suddenly from Scratch.
BRO I THOUGHT SCRATCH WAS BETTER THAN THIS
