Location: Undisclosed apartments, El Garcia, ST. Here we come to a pretty normal modern block of flats which opened in November of 2007. This block of flats is really nice and has an epic big and fast 1.6 m/s Kone MonoSpace MRL traction lift with the MX20 motor. Interestingly, the buttons are KSS 470 but the motor is the fast MX20 EcoDisc, not the MX06. As expected, it runs very efficiently and has pre-doors! This lift also features the Spanish-English voice which is pretty cool IMO! The fire alarm in this building is a Simplex 4100U voice evac system with PAVA speakers + white TrueAlert speaker strobes and remote strobes, updated in 2011 with PyroStop low frequency sounders. The HVAC system is a very nice and reliable Fujitsu system from 2007. And since this is a residential building, I can't tell you what the PC's and hand dryers are (no workspace and no public restrooms).
