Some designs for Pendians of the past. Made up of cores that Specca owns. Probably not canon... Probably Non-Canon Lore: DR. HELMINTH: Specca's senior. A being fascinated with probing and disassembling bodies with her wormlike tendrils, her love of grim anatomical exploration was passed down to the one who now wields her core. Her last wish was to be gutted alive. PURIFICANT IAD: The Glass Lily. A stationary creature that used to reside at the edge of the Deep Bog, absorbing pollution to create a life-giving fruit. It was made short work of by cutting claws. BARROW JAW: A hungering stone-toothed monster that roamed the hills. It ground down two hundred lives and turned them to dirt, and when it was finally broken apart a chorus of cries could be heard bubbling up from the churning earth. EBERWYS: A kind beast, ridden by an ancient savior who swore to nonviolence. When his mount was fallen upon by scavenging warlocks, he could only weep. JIPPIN: A spindly whirling thing that danced too close to the sun. Their falling shards created a lively aurora that was never forgotten by the few souls who witnessed it. DECOTEE: A lonely knight who sought only companionship. Executed for impaling 17 people. Their core rolled into the watching crowd and was picked up by an unassuming character... WITHROUWE COMPANY: A creature which delighted in acting out elaborate narratives. Sanctum's enforcers frowned upon the creative liberties it took with their history, but were especially incensed with the accuracies. SOVVX: Their ultimate wish was to be solved. They had no way of knowing that they would explode when this happened. UJEGEUJE: A witch with a deadly eye. For nearly two years the Revenant infantry lived in fear of a sudden missile through the core, and then feared for a year more after her fall. It is rumored that she looked too deep into the catacombs, saw something indescribable, and died. TRAWLING UNCLE: A humble working man. Passed away of old age, and his core was swept along by the sea.
