Tall 2008 Orona wormdrive MRL lift... Brand: Orona. Year: 2008. Type: MRL traction. Capacity: 1000 kg or 13 persons. Fixtures: Orona Arca 2 lantern, arrow and 7 segment display + red Dewhurst US 91 EN buttons. Speed: 1 m/s. Voice: Spanish-English Orona male voice. Floors: 10 (0, 1-8, A). Logic: Arca 2. Doors: Fermator. Location: Undisclosed offices, El Garcia, ST. Maintenance company: Orona. This building opened on May 17th of 2008. This is a really weird lift! It's a 2008 Orona Arca 2 MRL wormdrive lift but it uses Dewhurst buttons, has no VF drive at all (Old style 2-speed levelling contactors) and goes 10 floors! Also, for whatever reason, the button for the top floor is blank! What an odd lift to put in a 10-level building! Normally, the bare minimum would be a 1 m/s wormdrive with a VF drive and with proper Arca 2 fixtures, or better yet, the 1.6 m/s MRL gearless model! Well, there must have been some budget restrictions when this lift was installed... But hey, it's still an Orona lift and not a boring piece of trash generic thingy with Lester Controls or IMEM equipment! This lift does run fine and efficiently despite not having pre-doors, it's in really good shape and Orona does the maintenance, meaning the modernisation risk is very low! Also, this office building has a 2008 Notifier voice evac addressable fire alarm system with Wheelock speaker strobes and remote strobes! This sort of FA system is pretty nice and rare for El Garcia IMO... This place also features a fairly nice 2008 Daikin HVAC system. The PCs were 2008 Dell Optiplex 755 MT and Latitude D630 units, replaced in 2021 with Latitude 5310 and Optiplex 7080 MT units. And lastly, the hand dryers are all 2008 Dyson Airblade units.
