Translation of the rules so you can play it and actually know what it says americans (yw) What is Scoundrel? You can read the text below in 5 minutes or try playing without knowing anything about it (Not recommended) ======================================== Scoundrel is a single-player roguelike card game played with a standard poker deck. It was developed by Zach Gage and Kurt Bieg. All wild cards, red figure cards, and red aces are removed from the deck. The remaining cards represent: Monsters: [2 - 14] ♠ - spades and ♣ - clubs Weapons: [2 - 10] ♦ - diamonds Health Potions: [2 - 10] ♡ - (hearts) Dungeon rooms are created by arranging cards in groups of four. Progress is made by resolving three of the four cards in each room, leaving the fourth card as the basis for the next room. Rooms can be postponed, but never twice consecutively; eventually, the player must return to them. They go to the bottom of the deck of cards. Weapons can be equipped to attack multiple monsters, as long as the defeated monster is of a lower value than the last one defeated with that same weapon. To attack a higher-value monster, a new weapon must be equipped. Monsters can also be attacked with bare hands, but this consumes hit points equal to the monster's value. Health potions allow you to recover hit points up to the initial maximum of 20. The game ends in defeat when hit points reach zero or in victory if the player manages to clear all the rooms in the dungeon.
