Also, I may have misplaced or misdrew something (Like how I made Austin to north, pretend it is further south) Feel free to debate with me though The Panhandle: Situated on the very flat Great Plains, yeah there is nobody here Great Plains: Also on the Great Plains and in the Permian basin, this situates many of Texas’s Boom and bust towns and cities like Midland, Odessa, Lubbock, and Big Spring Pecos: Named for the river that partially defines its border, not the town, this region is heavily influenced by Hispanic and Mexican and tejano culture rivaled only by… Rio Grande Valley: A very Hispanic region situated in the Rio Grande Valley, including Laredo and Brownsville Gulf Coast: Coastal almost Hawaii like vibes, barrier island, Corpus Christi and Galveston, sea vibes South Central: Situated around San Antonio and Republic of Texas Culture this region might be what you think when Texas comes to mind Greater Houston: Yeah, Houston’s suburbs are that big. Basically gridlock heaven Hill Country: My home turf, very fun and tuff and hilly, we have the best Breweries in the world, very friendly people, A large German immigrant population (Including me), lots of oak and mesquite, very romantic and tuff times 1,000 Austin: Ew Hippie Ewwwwwwwwwwww UT Coastal Plains: Not Coastal haha I tricked you this is very flat and windy and full of farmland and history and the best of all… BLUE BELL ICE CREAM Texahoma: Rip off Oklahoma with weird Oklahoman people, basically somewhere you always drive through but never stay in Trinity DFW: On the trinity river and capped off by the two massive and very culturally different cities of Dallas and Fort Worth (Hence DFW) this area is cool Texarkana: TEXas + ARKANsas + A Piney woods: Cajun, Piney, referred to as the woodlands, awesome cool region that is slowly getting swallowed up by Houston. Also was pretty much the only region of Texas that practiced Sl@very during the civil war time period
