hi ----- About Me ----- Hi, I'm Kasper also known as the Keeper Collective. I am 16 years old, and I enjoy object shows, roblox games, and Deltarune. I've been curating gaehive for about 8 months now, but I've been chatting regularly on various accounts since around 2023. I'm in the MST/MDT timezone. I'm typically online between 7:00 am and 5:00 pm. ----- I think I would be a good manager because I have a fairly optimistic worldview, not in that I'm naive or unrealistic, I simply tend to see the bright side of things, and the best in people. I also have experience moderating spaces offsite (I've been a mod of Plural Party for 2 years now!) ----- It should be noted that I tend to be self-conscious to the point of seeking validation often. I tend to take things personally and don't always take well to criticism. I also get in trouble sometimes which would limit my ability to be online. I am also usually somewhat inactive over holidays, though I could certainly remedy that. I can be blunt or insensitive unintentionally. (Please do call me out if I do something wrong so that I can improve) ----- I think I could bring some unique views to the manager team if I were to be elected. I have strong opinions on a lot of issues, especially to do my nature as disabled and a system. ----- I would like to improve communications between hive managers and members. I've noticed a lot of things happening lately due to a lack of communication, and decisions made spontaneously without consulting the other side. (not a jab at anyone, of course. y'all are doing your best) ----- From what I've gathered, being a manager mostly involves moderating the hive, as well as handling any situations that affect it. I'm struggling to word what I want to say here, but it entails much of the same as being a mod of the other spaces I'm a part of. ----- reccomendations ----- @MADDY_Lolha - Wade has been active on the hive for pretty much the entire time I've been here.
