Ronald O. Balloonson, or the nickname everyone calls him "Ron", is ... just there. He wanders around aimlessly for literally no reason. Does he even do anything other than that? It's even more boring when you realize he only thing he says is "meh" whenever you try to start a conservation with him. He has less emotions than that of a rock. Actually, that's the case with Rocko. Ron doesn't actively distance himself from other people, rather, everyone probably actively distances from him because of how boring he is.
