This is an awesome "Bad HOA killer" low-income yet really nice block of flats which opened on Nov. 10th of 2010, back when the Kone MonoSpace wasn't modded by a generic and the Simplex 4100U fire alarm system wasn't replaced by Gamewell-FCI. This project is basically a tribute to the lift and the fire alarm system before a Karen and 2 terrible companies (67 Lift Services and Gamewell-FCI) ruined them.
