(Not Sorry.) TURN ORDER: PATRIA -> VENICE -> CATALONIA ケケケケケケケケケケケケケケケケケ 16 years, 4 wars for our survival. 2 were failures, 1 a success...and now, the 4th will end with no more enemies to oppose Barcelona. While their expansionist dreams in Venice end, their dreams will soon hit a wall in Catalonia. {Valencia} 21,814 soldiers depart from back line positions to advance into captured territories. The Southern Army Group under Marshal Octavi Valor focused on capturing important border towns and roads to slow down the advance to Zaragoza. Now importantly in the region, partisan fighters in the region sabotage lines directly behind the front and in cooperation with the main force, work to help them capture retreating Spanian forces. This is the main reason for focusing on the land prior to the 3rd Catalan-Madridiyan war, these regions don't hold much population willing to work with Patria. These partisans and reinforcements swell the numbers to 31,491. These attacks also showcase the true advancements of Catalonia. The Komet Mark II, this is a specially designed version of the Comet that is made to destroy drones, the only threat of Spania. The Missiles are 3 feet long, most of it being in the sharp horn that it uses to pierce the drones amour before exploding inside its shell. Working all together, advances plague the early stages of the fighting, however this is when the plan comes to fruition. While the main armies hold down forces and target troop shipping routes, smaller specialized groups advance south, on both sides these groups meet up. Now, in order to slow down the retreat, commandos are dropped during breaks in the Spanian fighting since at this point the Catalan efforts to destroy the air of Spania must be reaping the fruits of their labor. This Commando's just target troop shipping lanes and are told to hold them for as long as possible with the granted supplies. Allowing the main armies to begin the squeezing onto the trapped soldiers. During this, the 32rd Division under Aaron Trèmols launches an attack onto the now weakened garrison in Aragon, and begins to prepare for the counterattack. {Mallorca} After months of biding their time, El Moviment per la Restauració de la Catalunya Menor, under the command of Lívia Cortada, the Former Governor General of French Basque during its integration, began Operation Deliverance. 4,702 Partisans and Guardsmen across the main Balearic Island of Mallorca flock to garrison points. Sabotaging bases and the main port in Palma. Now all these operations activate at 3-4 AM, and have incredibly short time spans due to the threat of the Spanian Space Force noticing and countering the operations early. The revolution is also suffering from a lack of equipment, little guns can be found, many taken upon its capture. While Herzigovina allowed the Partisans to learn that quick actions and surprise attacks are the only way to fight without the Homefronts' support. {Basque} 231,192 Soldiers, riding off high morale, launch the largest counterattack of the entire war as of now. Led by several partisan uprisings and the help of its proximity to the Frankean Border allowing for high knowledge of its terrain. Under the Command of Marshal Esdres Bosacoma is the operation of the Northern Command Group, while the larger part of the force is forced in the mountains, a smaller group begins to advance into the plains, heading towards San Sebastian. Under the support of all gathered Catalan Fighters, a majority lend lease from Frankea and Huvinija, the front splits again as the 6th Federal Exèrcit sends half of the Battalions to reach up with the larger push in Basque. These actions do however weaken the center, leaving it mostly unfortified, at least compared to the Valencian preparations. Yet, the front is protected by the new type of defense, several AFV’s and UVS groups establish “Punts d'estrangulament de carretera” or Road Chokepoints. These groups hold roads and shift often. Their goal is to hold if a retreat is ordered, and then hopefully hold them off there or allow the infantry to make it out. This is shown across the Basque defenses. In the main offensive, while grouped all together in the beginning in order to break the lines, upon backline operatives using guns smuggled from Frankea taking control of small regions, it splits up. The Larger group continues to move forward, meeting up with the operatives groups, professional troops and amour flood into the pockets to continue the breakthrough. The other part of 70k soldiers heads west to meet up with the already mentioned portions of the 6th Exèrcit. Trapping more Spanian Troops while the 2 divisions unite together to push further.
{The Homefront} Morale is high across Catalonia. Mostly led by the adulthood of the Wartorn Generation. These adults grew up during the early Independence movement from France and the 3 wars against Madridiya. Leading to hatred against Madridiya and now Patria. Now adults, many join the army and workforce. These brave Men and Women also have begun to popularize the idea of Greater Catalonia, an idea long forgotten. This isn't the only morale booster however. Fighting this war of survival alongside Venice and the increasing support from our brother in arms Huvinija. High morale is also important in the offensive, generally, this is considered part 1 of a grander plan to take back our land as well as do something that has yet to be done in any of our wars... Fight in the Invaders homeland. (NOTE: I am happy no matter which way this goes, because if I win then I can form the Federation of Greater Catalonia or can flee to Herzigovina and be Taiwan)
