THIS TREATY IS NOW RATIFIED. 12/2415 Due to the lack of a neutral party and the general vileness of this war, the NASM has offered to be a neutral mediator between both the Enclave and NUO. With this, the NASM has proposed the following terms. The only attendees with be representatives from Rakonia, a local chapter of LRH's consciousness, representatives from the NUO, and representatives from Eskaijian, but representatives from Eskaijian may only act as observers. Oceanian representatives have been encouraged not to attend due to plausible diplomatic fallout. 1. All foreign nations involved in this war are to immediately exit without issue. 2. This war will be treated as a white peace, and 2 separate DMZs will be set up along the border of the NUO and the Enclave's coastline respectively. If any country enters these areas with a military presence, they will be in violation of this treaty and are subject to potential war from all signers. 3. The Enclave/Golden Circle will have their independence guaranteed by the USoLRH, and any attack on them will be considered an attack on the USoLRH. 4. All necessary reparations will be paid to the NUO by the NASM, and a formal apology is to be issued by Lord Hubbard to the people of the NUO.
