Use it like a real lift. Warning: Loud sounds and flashing lights!

Brand: Kone. Year: 1991. Modernized by Kone in May 2022. Type: Single ram MR roped hydraulic. Speed: 1 m/s. Capacity: 900 kg or 12 persons. Floors: 6 (G, 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5). Position of the motor room: Ground floor. Fixtures: Green M-Series buttons and red 7 cab arrows and 7 segment display (Inside buttons replaced with light blue Dewhurst US91 EN and light blue Kone KSS 570 dot matrix indicator on a generic panel). Voice: Stentorgate since the mod (Before none). Chimes: Kone M-Series. Logic: Kone LCE (Used to be TMS). Doors: Kone/Wittur AMD (Used to be 90's Kone doors). Motor: Kone submersible power unit with Hydronic 300 valve. Starter type: Direct on line. Maintenance company: Kone. Location: Undisclosed block of flats, El Garcia, ST. This is a nice standard block of flats which opened in August 1991 and got renovated between March and May 2022. This place features a hydraulic Kone M-Series TMS lift which has been heavily modded in May 2022 by Kone in a very odd way. They picked Dewhurst buttons and the Stentorgate voice but they used Kone's own logic and KSS display. The accessibility has been improved since it now has a voice and button beeps which is a pretty good thing! This lift still has it's original epic sound pump and this mod actually made the levelling faster! However, it doesn't have pre-doors and has been like that since it was new (Before the mod even occured)! But still, this lift is really awesome, even though it has been modded in the "mass modding era" of El Garcia which occured between Oct. 2021 and late 2025. Interestingly enough, Kone picked LCE instead of KCE, even though this mod happened in 2022 and I find this awesome! This place had a basic Simplex conventional fire alarm system from 1991 with late 2903 series mechanical horn-strobes with Vibratone horns but it has already been replaced in March of 2007 with an addressable Simplex 4100U voice evacuation system with TrueAlert speaker-strobes and remote strobes. Funnily enough, the 4100U outlasted the older system by 3 years (Old system lasted from around Aug. 1991 to March 2007, so, it lasted a little over 15 years and the current 4100U system in this building is now 19 years old)! The HVAC system was a 1991 Daikin system but it has been replaced in April 2022 with a newer Daikin system while the building was being renovated.
