The Med Confed will act as an economic and political alliance and may include mutual defense. It will be largely reserved for only discussions of trade facillitation and movement of countries, but each country will remain independent and religion will not be mandated in any of the corresponding districts. The Hellenic Federation will remain largely independent, and all binding decisions must come from a vote between all participating nations. Arabia will also gain port access in Cyprus for the purpose of defense, and the NASM/Spania will retain military and economic access to the Hellenic Federation and Anatolian Syndicates until further notice. If the Cypriot government refuses these offers, the war will continue and harsher terms may be imposed, so it is advised that the Cypriot government take this golden opportunity to retain what little control they still have. Hailrh. (Also just a note about territory: The Hellenic Federation will retain all islands and some land in Anatolia, while the rest of Anatolia will be independent. Cyprus will also remain fully independent of the other 2 nations and may decide its own future. Arabia will still retain port access and turkish/arab minorities in East Cyprus will be given full autonomy.)
