Here we come to a pretty normal brand new block of flats which opened on June 5th of 2026. This block of flats is quite nice and has an epic fast 1.6 m/s Orona MRL traction lift pretending to be a generic lift. As expected, it runs very efficiently and has pre-doors! This lift also has the rather funny Brian TTS UK voice! The fire alarmy system in this building is a nice Simplex 4100ES voice evac system with white Wheelock Eluxa LED speaker strobes and remote strobes. The HVAC system is a nice Mitsubishi system too. And since this is a residential building, I can't tell you what the PC's and hand dryers are (no workspace and no public restrooms).
