3RD VOTE OF THE SOLAR ACCORD: If any, which peace plan should be adopted as the resolution to the current tensions between the UC and NUO? This resolution decides the policy on which the Solar Accord will choose to act when negotiating with NUO for peace; it is in no way binding on what NUO or UC chooses to do.
note: Huvinija will not be declaring war on the Imperial axis or be aiding any side, considering we are observer state of Imperial Axis and wish to be allied to the big powers in Imperial Axis and Solar Accord.
