Type: MRL traction with the motor at the top of the lift shaft. Logic and fixtures: Arca 2. Doors: Orona/Fermator. Voice: Spanish-English Orona male voice. Speed: 1 m/s. Maintenance company: Orona. Capacity: 1000 kg or 13 persons. Location: Undisclosed block of flats, Thornwick Grove, ST. This is one of the best lift in Thornwick Grove! Why? Because the almost all of the lifts in TG are complete utter RUBBISH! However, this tiny 2-floor block of flats which opened in Aug. 2012 still features an epic Orona wormdrive lift which runs efficently and has pre-doors! BTW, the fire alarm system there is a Simplex 4100ES addressable voice evac system with TrueAlert speaker strobes and remote strobes and the HVAC there is a Daikin system. Both are original to the building (2012). BTW, this building in TG is one of the few buildings that still has a Simplex system besides the brand new 2026 apartment buildings with generic looking Orona's which look like this: https://scratch.mit.edu/projects/1329146293/
