albania gets kosovo the region of north macedonia will be annexed by greece serbia will be formed italy gains a large chunk of the coast yugoslavias is turned democratic and communism is abolished, the same for serbia yugoslavia must join the spanish turkish alliance for at minimum 10 years spain and turkey both get small enclaves slovenia gets freedom croatia gets freedom yugoslavia may not declare a war on anyone for 5 years unless its from the request of an ally serbia and yugoslavia must pay joint reparations of 150k for each death to the persons family who died, and 100k for each person enslaved or imprisoned, and 50k for those displaced. this must all be paid over the next 10 years, if inflation rises the amount given must rise to. yugoslavia must let serbia use their ports for free for 15 years if in 10 years these debts are not paid back 20mil dollars of industry will be given to italy, turkey, and spain, from serbia, while yugoslavia will only have to multiply the size of turkish and spanish enclaves by 1.2, so enclaves will get very slightly bigger as they are incredibly small, this is a repeated punishment that occurs every 2 years if the deals not made slovenia is a italian puppet
