Issue No. 1: Carson has requested forgiveness for the actions he committed. After some discussion on the not-blue-app, I concluded a simple council vote should do. Personally, I believe we should let him back in. He is showing genuine signs that he knows what he did is wrong, and is changing. To turn him away because of our grudges in his hour of change wouldn't be kind or help him. In my experience, 90% of ppl who go down the path he did, are too stubborn to the idea that what they did wasn't actually wrong. This is progress. Issue No. 2: I appreciate catey's energy. But I disagree that a vote for the next map host is ideal. I already planned to open auditions, and he did open the vote without authorization or consulting the council. But that's more of an issue of the council not having regulations on things like how official votes are even posted(which I hope to fix soon) So i'll let it slide, if the new map host fails to meet standards(biased map updates and stuff like that) they can simply be replaced. The map should stay in Mused's format though, and I will be creating a map updating schedule, where set times for when the map should be updated will be set on the upcoming PU calendar. This should both help organize things, as people must make map changes according to a time table instead of just spamming it, and to prevent the map host from being burnt out. Which has so far been the biggest killer of map hosting careers(myself included) lol. If necessary, we may even consider cycling map hosts every few months to further prevent burnout. Issue No. 3: Eskaijan readded Pietro without council authorization. This is technically an illegal re-add, and should also be put to a vote(I seriously oughta organize that justice department to handle these affairs-) Issue No. 4: All of Jansan's economic BS in Sol is voided. I'm sure I don't have to go too in-depth on this. To put it simply. Quantum entangled particles can only be used once, so they must have a supply between Sol and Andromeda to maintain communications. Their response to this justification with "rubber science" and a notion of getting past the blockade is not valid. I'm sure Jansan will start flaming in the comment section, but I hope everyone else can see the basic logic at play. While I also get the feeling most nations don't exactly want them to control their economies and thus their nations, especially smaller states. Or that most ppl here barely even know what Jansan is, let alone engage with them.
