Solway Firth, chairman and head of the board of directors for the zeta reticulan co-prosperity sphere, has entered the race. After humans started spacefaring and entered the UPG, the ZRCPS lost their favorite test subjects, as experimentation on UPG citizens is outlawed. Now, they're campaigning heavily on a non-intervention platform, attempting to ensure the UPG will not give non-spacefaring species lightspeed tech to ensure no further possible test subjects are removed from them.
“Zeta reticulan” refers to natives of the zeta reticulan system, they’re not all the same species. So both solway and Roswell are zeta reticulans, but they’re different species. Roswell’s a grisean from griseus, but Solway’s a vestalban from vestalbus @raineraven
