Dawn spots some prey, and dives into the East Wood to catch it. Cloud keeps flying, and he sees a black shape fly across the forest. Curious and concerned, he dives down into the forest to investigate. As he dives, the black shape - revealed to be another owl - slams into him, fatally wounding him. A little while later, Dawn is flying over the woods calling his name. She spots his body lying under a tree, and dives down. She pokes him, and begs him to wake up, but he doesn't.
