The Cancoon Kassport is a distinctive multi-function ceiling fan designed to provide comfortable airflow, lighting, and supplemental heat from one ceiling-mounted unit. Manufactured in 2009, the Kassport combines a traditional five-blade design with a large rounded bowl assembly and a decorative white-toned motor housing. Its five reversible Flip Blades give the Kassport two different appearances, with a classic white finish on one side and a warmer cream-toned finish on the other. The large bowl light sits directly beneath the motor, while the integrated heater is built into the central housing above the blades, giving the fan its unusual all-season capability. The Kassport was designed as a practical year-round fan. During warmer months, it could be used for normal ceiling-fan circulation, while the built-in heater could provide supplemental warmth during colder weather. Its decorative styling keeps the heater from looking like a separate appliance, making the entire unit resemble a traditional residential ceiling fan.
