Since there is a compartment (mechanical) that makes the whistles sound, the motor is EXTREMLY small, just a cool thing about the titanic, by cancoon.
The Cancoon Titanic is one of the most unusual specialty fans in the Cancoon lineup, combining a bold nautical-inspired appearance with a unique mechanical whistle system. Manufactured in 1999, the Titanic features five reversible Flip Blades with striking yellow-and-black detailing, a dark industrial-style motor housing, and a three-light fixture beneath the motor. What makes the Titanic truly distinctive is its working whistle system. Rather than relying on air passing through the blades, the whistles are connected to a mechanical device housed inside the motor assembly. When the chain is pulled, it operates the mechanism activating the whistles, producing the Titanic's signature sound. The result is a ceiling fan that actually has a mechanical sound feature built into its motor housing. The five Flip Blades can be reversed between the bright yellow finish and the darker black finish, giving the fan two very different appearances. Industrial-looking blade brackets, exposed mechanical details, and the large central housing reinforce its nautical and machinery-inspired styling. A three-light fixture provides illumination underneath the fan, while pull chains control the fan and lighting functions. Designed as a conversation-piece model, the Titanic was intended for recreation rooms, game rooms, workshops, basements, nautical-themed spaces, and anywhere a conventional ceiling fan would be far too ordinary.
