La victoire est à nous ! The French Army, rather than immediately marching upon Paris, stages a battle at Versailles. The battle saw the use of Manoeuvre sur les Derrières combined with a feint of weakness by the right wing of the frontal force, which resulted in enemy forces taking the bait and attacking at the percieved weak spot and overextending, in which a hidden force struck their flank with devastating enfilade fire, which proved decisive for the battle. The army fled to Paris and prepared for imminent attack. While this movement occurred, a second prong marched into the east of the Lafontienne territory. Following the withdrawal into Paris, the French liberators performed a pincer-style attack to encircle Paris. A siege has begun, but hasn't ended yet.
