hello!! my name is dan, but I go by other names too!! I go by he / she, and I'm aroace and gender fluid!!! I'm a fictionkin so that is why I mention my other names. I've been a member for around 6 months(took hiatus during summer kinda) but I've only been a curator for 2 months. My timezone is CST/CDT (Central Standard Time/Central Daylight Time) I'm 15 years old and I'm a sophomore in highschool. I also have social anxiety! I would like to become a manager in DBD because I like talking in the studio and I want to help it become a safe space for everyone. More people have been talking in DBD now, and there has been a ton of trolls. Also there has been a lot of managers stepping down. Being a manager would involve in assessing rules and moderating the studio, making sure nobody steps out of line whenever interactions occur. A manager should be able to help people whenever they can, answering questions and helping solve discourse are vital in chatrooms such as DBD. I think having a reputation with members as a manager is also important because since DBD is mostly full of teenagers, it's good to be able to be someone they can trust. I think I would be a good manager because I have had roles in managing offsite chatrooms and scratch studios in the past. I think I handle situations well and in a mature way, and people always come to me because I offer good advice and they know I have experience. I am also always on the studio so I usually know what is happening. I am also good at communicating, especially when problems arise. Some downsides and/or weaknesses I think I would have are sometimes having a bad temper, overthinking, and I sometimes have loads of schoolwork I have to complete so I may not always be available. I am currently not the most educated on some topics as well. I am working on improving these skills however, so please feel free to give me criticism if needed. I think hosting more games such as the hunger games would be nice, and I would also like to improve DBD members ability to reply to each other more, considering DBD reply culture isn't the greatest. I also want to enforce the rules more because the managers don't do that all the time. I am usually always active, during school or after school! I would say that I am offline more on weekends, but I'm trying to be more active then. I would say I'm active an 9/10 on school days and ranging from a 6-8/10 on weekends, if at all. I have managed scratch studios, and I have also managed some servers offsite! My positions were ranging from an owner to a mod. Feel free to ask more questions about it!
