Application Questions Please answer the following in your application: 1- Q: A short introduction that includes how long you’ve been a member of the studio, your time zone, and age/age range. Along with anything you'd like us to know. A: Hai I'm Green (fluid/any) I've been a member since about April 2026(?), Central time zone, 12, Thas it 2- Q: Why would you like to become a manager for DBD? A: I really want to be a manager because I care so much about DBD and would love to find more ways to help out! it would make me feel more useful to the community. 3- Q: What do you believe being a manager would involve? A: more difficult things like banning people and dealing with bad behavior but also fun things like planning events and having fun with the community. It would be a lot of work and pretty stressful at times but also really fun. 4- Q: Why do you think you’d be a good manager? A: Well, I don't know. I don't think I'm better than anyone else that's applying and many people would be a good fit but I guess I think I would have a really fun time with thumbnails and themes within the studio and hyping them up with other members I think I would be really good at those fun bits but also for sure decent at harder things. Oh, also I notice when people are saying things that are a little less appropriate and would be good about reminding them that there are younger kids on scratch. also I really like working with other people even if it is frustrating sometimes and I think I would have good teamwork with other managers. 5- Q: are there any downsides or weaknesses you think you’d have in a manager position? A: I don't really have experience with this kind of thing so I would be winging it a little bit. I don't think that will be too bad though, I'm good at winging things lol. but for sure, I'm not perfect. 6- Q: Do you have any ideas for improving the studio? If so, state them. A: Well, I'd love to have, like, themed weeks occasionally with contests and a fun thumbnail. It would only be for, like, holidays and things like that but something along those lines would be really fun! 7- Q: preferably on a scale from 1–10, what is your availability and activity level? A: Probably a 6? I'm pretty busy with stuff irl but I'm pretty active as well. Mayyyyybe closer to a 7. 8- Q: Optionally, include any experience you have had with managing or similar roles. A: I actually haven't had any but I'd love to!
