This is after a geno timeline in SwapSpin and you decline papyrus' request to end the world. He then attacks you and the battle starts. Yes, I'm a megalosans, and I think Chara doesn't have a theme other than "The Fallen Child/Human" (that theme that is one note played for a long time when you see Chara and it's creepy), but Megalo Strike Back works well for Chara so yeah.
