Arrow keys to move your soul. If your new to the Undertale styled game community, your soul is that heart on the screen. When it's your turn, use the arrow keys to select between FIGHT, ACT, ITEM, and MERCY. When you know what you want to select, press Z to choose it. When FIGHTing, a white bar will move past this eye kinda lookin' thing. Press Z to stop the bar anywhere on the attack meter. By hitting it dead center, you deal more damage. Keep in mind however, like most sans fights, you have to wait till the end of the enemy's turns, before yu can finally kill your opponent. Did you go into the ITEM menu and want to get out? Press X to go back. Press Z to advance text.
