Turn on Turbo Mode (shift+green flag). Press "S" or use the sliders to set the desired FOV and resolution settings, and click "render."
UPDATE: I think the light point picking is incorrect. I did some testing and the points seem to clump near the center of the light. I'm in the process of making a V2 of this and will fix it then.
