Follow the really easy and simple instructions to create an image 1000 times slower than you can print with a thrift store printer 0. Buy a 3D printer (if you’re here you should have one already) 1. Add an image that’s transparent (or don’t and get a solid rectangle that takes 40 minutes to print) 1.5 go into the text engine and manually create text if you want 2. Scan by pressing space 3. Export the list 4. Rename the txt file from .txt to .gcode (remember example.gcode.txt doesn't work) 5. Load the gcode onto an sd card 6. Put the sd card in to your 3D printer 7. Disassemble your 3D printer’s extruder (if it gets in the way) 8. Tape a marker or pen on to the printer (put it 3 mm below the printed surface) 9. Run the gcode you put on the printer
Fixed bug so prints are not bold Pen Text Engine++ by -Rex- ❗️Important❗️ Don’t use scotch tape unless it’s your only option! It’s frustratingly hard to remove Results: the F from “favourite” was cut off and the top of the image was cut off which didn’t really matter, the text looks more like it was written by hand which was because the sharpie was to close to the paper, is made it wobble every time the printer move because it was stuck on with tape, the first attempt actually had the text printed perfectly but the sharpie was to far from the paper so I had to cancel it
