After the Marten UE600-H was released, Delhi Motor Company, LLC, decided to make an autorickshaw version for some reason. The K12, nicknamed the "Big Buddha" due to its large size and odd shape, was sold throughout Asia and Africa to... no success, Few were sold, making the "Big Buddha" one of the rarest taxis in service. Production ran from 2009-2012. It is still in service as of 2022, although just barely, given its poor reliability. It used the same exact engine as the Marten.
