States with large populations give the most money, with a small bonus depending on how many people support you in that state. Fundraising has a slight side effect of raising support, but it is very small. Advertising is energy efficient, but not money efficient Rallying is money efficient, but not energy efficient. It has the special effect of being more effective in states with small populations
