SPECIALS Note: some specials can be done mid-air, others can only be done on the ground. This would be different for each character. ~ Neutral Special - press special with no movement keys. ~ Side Special - press special with left or right movement keys. ~ Up Special - press special with up key. ~ Down Special - press special with down key.
