Chapter six: Chase: “uhhh hi Raven… by any chance do you like the teen titans?” He responded. “Anyway how long have you been visiting this place?” Chase asked. “I’m not usally this awkward around people just not used to seeing people here… except for my friends” chase added. As the night grew darker and the songs of birds quieted down Chase walked closer to the tree… slowly of course. This was really the first time outside his close friends he’s ever seen anyone in his secret spot. It was unusual and kinda unsettling to him that they have been visiting the same place for who knows how long and they never knew it till now. Chase did not like being this shy or awkward of course but he just couldn’t help it. “So you like climbing trees huh?” He asks. While waiting for a response a weird noise came from a near by tree unmarked by the path or his mind but close bye. Something big which startled his of course. “Did anyone follow you by chance Raven?” Chase asked rather quite startled. ”because i know it’s not one of my friends and it sounds too big to be any animal known around these parts that climb trees” chase questioned quite startled still.
