Since all belligerents have signed this treaty (and due to some concessions made) this treaty will take immediate effect, and Mesopotamia has been left out of the negotiations because peace may have taken longer to be achieved and been for naught if they had intervened. Regardless, the NASM will begin instating distribution networks in Greece and Anatolia, though especially in Greece, creating depots, enhancing technological capabilities, and industrializing city states to make it easier for Greece to hold its own as an anarchist nation.
