Chase walked into homeroom rather distracted still. the bell rung shortly after and Chase walked to his first-class history. Chase excelled at History but today he did not. The teacher was yapping the other students were taking notes and Chase was far lost in his mind when his friend interrupted his thoughts. "Hey Chase you, ok? you're not being aggressively competent like you usually are." (his friend asked). "Wah... oh yeah I'm fine Ren thanks for asking." "Well, you don't seem fine. I only friended you for the benefits and you're not being very beneficial right now." (Ren said rather harshly but with a hint of playfulness in his voice) "gee thanks Ren glad to know you became my friend soley so you could cheat off of me." (Chase said rather dryly). "you're welcome" (Ren responded).
