Chapter 13, Raven: I sighed. Math. To me, math was hard. I usually got the answers wrong and never raised my hand. A person who sat next to me all the time liked to say we were friends but really they never ever talked...well, I never ever talked. "Hey." The kid said. I didn't even look at the person. "Come on, we're friends. Right? Good friends. Great friends." I sighed and just stared out the window. The kid leaned towards me. "Don't worry, I've made sure everyone knows." I looked at this kid I didn't even know the name of. I decided to finally speak. "Listen here, we are not friends and never have been." I said. The kid looked offended but I continued, "And there is no reason to tell anyone! I don't even know your name. You don't know mine. Just leave me alone." The kid nodded and looked away. I sighed. I looked at the teacher who had begun to talk about math for today. I pulled out my notebook and flipped through the pages full of drawings of ravens. I flipped to a blank page and started drawing.
